I am from georgia, and currently in birmingham, alabama and have been for the last 4 years. i am a certified usa weightlifting COach. i studied at baylor university, where i was a student athlete on the acrobatics and tumbling team. i am a collegiate national champion and 4x world champion in competitive cheerleading. i love all sports, especially if they’re outside! have been training for 4 years now, and enjoy helping others feel confident and strong in the body they are in. health and fitness to me is not a one size fits all, and i belieeve every person deserves to find their own personal balance in and out of the gym.
